Answer – Falling Hair is primarily due to iron deficiency. You should intake iron rich foods like apple with peel, spinach, green vegetables etc. On your GP’s recommendation, you can also intake iron vitamins. As a home remedy, you should do gentle massage of your skull with almond oil for half an hour at least once a week. Hair falling can also be due to stress like work, studies etc. Try to decrease the stress in your day-to-day life. ”

Question – "Hello. I am Hema. I am upset about my ingrown hairs. I have tried numerous things like waxing, hair removal cream, shaving but the problem continues. Kindly suggest, how can I get rid of it?“

Answer – Mix 1 spoon of sugar with fresh lemon juice. Before sugar dissolves in lemon, exfoliate your face for five minutes and then leave the mixture on your face for 15 minutes like mask. Then wash your face with cold water. Do this twice a week. This will give you smooth and glowing face”

Question – "Hello. I am Rekha. My nails are very weak. I want to grow my nails. Please suggest something.“

Answer – Apply fresh garlic on your nails everyday for at least 10 minutes. This will make your nails healthy and shining. They will also grow quickly. Use gloves while dish washing, gardening, cleaning or anything which involves chemical in it.”
