I have been visiting Shumailas in East Ham for close to two decades now. The service has been consistently excellent. The environment calm, clean and professional. Even if the phone is unanswered if the reception staff are busy, they will always call back. They take good care of you when you are in their care. I've had experience of lots of the beauty therapists who work there but for the last couple of years I have always opted to see Navdeep. She is truly amazing. She has salvaged my eyebrows that would never grow or if they did they'd grow in a funny shape. With her patience and dedication she has transformed them and they're now so healthy and plentiful. She always treats me so kindly and never rushes me. Even if I want one more hair removed she will happily do it. I had my lash lift from her today, which I tend to get at least once a year. She made my dead straight short lashes look like K drama lashes 😂 thanks Navdeep and thanks Shumailas. Always better than any other beauty therapy place in the vicinity or even afar.

I came to the salon for (intimate) waxing and eye brow threading . The therapist that did it for me was so lovely . Made me feel comfortable and was very good at her job ! Thank you 🙏

Absolutely love Shumaila’s, the staff are so lovely! Haleema is absolutely amazing I’ve been going to her for a year now for various treatments and she is incredible!! she’s always so attentive and bubbly, she does the most amazing eyebrows I always receive compliments I highly recommend!!

Had both Eyebrows threaded and LVL lashes by Azima she is amazing, great results, she really pays close attention to details. Very professional but also has a sense of humour. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you x
