Visited shumaila’s clinic for under eyes and Iv drip was the great experience with them. Got my eye prp and iv drip by marium. She done really nice. The procedure was really good with less down time even with more comfort, and results are really good. Thank you all the staff especially marium dealing with my problems regarding dark circles and hyperpigmentation.

Sadaf is hands down the best. She’s so thorough with her laser treatments, and takes great care with every step. I trust her completely with my skin. Kim is the incredibly amazing at LVL lashes. She has such an eye for detail and makes sure each lash is accentuated to perfection. My lashes look longer and fuller, and the results last for weeks. She really knows how to make your eyes pop! Ghazala is amazing when it comes to the IV drip skin glow treatments. I’m always impressed by how gentle she is. I’ve never experienced any bruising, which is rare. She has a really calming and professional approach you wish all nurses were as gentle as her! I also recommend IV drop with Bushra, and she’s very thorough and precise, making sure the entire process is as comfortable as possible. Saima is fantastic at eyebrow shaping and waxing. She has such a steady hand and always shapes my brows perfectly, no matter what style I’m after. The waxing is always done with great care - never any irritation or redness, which I really appreciate. Lastly, Mina brings such a positive and calming energy to the salon. She’s thorough in everything she does and always makes sure you feel comfortable. Whether it’s a laser, she takes the time to listen and ensures you’re happy with the results. I was suffering from pigmentation for a very long time and I am from West London so I found a local Clinic however so disappointed they took so much money treated me like any other customer didn’t even bother to understand that the treatment was not working I had a massive reaction and my skin was burnt ,for me It was very hard to trust anyone anymore but I did not give up as my skin was in way more worse condition than what it was before then I looked into my further research and I found out Shumailas London I have sent a message on WhatsApp where I was requested to send my details and I was contacted very shortly. I have initially spoken to a lady called Nazia she was very nice and kind to me and she has explained to me everything however my fears prevailed me. I have requested her that I need some time to have further think I stayed in touch via WhatsApp constantly for about 6 months it was a very long time for somebody to make a decision and normally businesses just give up. She answered all my questions. Finally I have decided to come in with my mother and the moment I entered I felt home from the first day onwards, Nazia has treated me like a little sister. She gave me that personal touch I was helped at every step and today I’m here for my final checkup and I am over the moon I am so happy with my skin the way I have feelings at London Upminster branch I don’t think so.
