Showering: You may shower after 48 hours, but avoid soaking the wound. Gently pat the area dry with a clean towel; do not rub the incision site.
Physical Activity: Avoid strenuous exercise, heavy lifting, and activities that stretch the skin around the incision for at least two weeks to prevent the wound from opening.
Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that does not rub or chafe against the healing incision. Avoid tight waistbands or bra straps directly over the area.
