I’ve had a great experience at Shumaila’s Clinic in Loughton. After struggling with dermatitis, rosacea, and very sensitive skin since December, I finally found a doctor that understood what was going on. Dr Filza took the time to explain everything, created the right treatment plan, and my skin has improved so much since the first appointment in June. She is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with skin conditions.

I had an excellent experience with this skin specialist, and I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and care I received. From the very first consultation, Dr. Asma, she was professional, patient, and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. Every condition and treatment option was explained in a clear and understandable way, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.

I just had my first electrolysis appointment with Nazia to remove some red blemishes from sun damage. I was a lil nervous if Im honest but Nazia was very comforting and knowledgeable which helped put me at ease. The treatment went better than I expected and I look forward to coming back in to see her again. Would absolutely recommend 🙂

I came this morning for a consultation, Abdul was extremely helpful and got me booked in for my treatment straight away. Dr Ayesha was amazing and got rid of the broken capillaries on my face that had been bothering me for ages straight away. The team were extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. I visited 2 weeks ago with a HUGE insecurity, I had what I called a “red dot” on my nose (turnt out to be broken capillaries), to others probably hardly noticeable but for me it was all I could see. After years of every day concealer and feeling insecure I decided it was time to get rid of it. Nazia (the head of treatment) was amazing throughout the whole experience, made me feel super comfortable, explained everything really well & worked her magic to get rid of my problem. After 2 weeks it has now fully healed and you would never know it was once there. I don’t have to put concealer or worry anymore. 100% recommend?

A lovely friendly salon!! Staff that are SO easy to talk to. Felt like home from home. Had a red spot on my nose that was annoying me, so they zapped that and it’s much fainter! And had a lovely facial!!! Amazing!!!!!
