Expect results in
Weeks 1–2 (immediate lifting)
Breasts sit higher right away, though swelling/bruising are expected. You’ll wear a supportive, non-wired bra and keep activity gentle; incisions start to settle with our wound-care plan.
Weeks 3–4 (shape definition)
Swelling eases and the uplifted contour becomes clearer. Most routine activities resume; continue the bra protocol for support and shaping.
Months 2–3 (natural integration)
Breasts soften and settle into their new position; nipple–areolar complex looks more centred and clothing fit improves.
Months 3–6 (enhanced confidence)
Final contour emerges; scars mature from red to paler tones with consistent care.
Year 1+ (lasting uplift)
Results are long-lasting; weight stability, good support and skin care help maintain outcome. Life events (pregnancy/weight change/ageing) can influence shape over time.

Frequent Asked Questions
We offer areola-only for mild descent/areolar refinements, vertical for moderate descent and anchor for more significant lift and reshaping. Your surgeon recommends the best match based on lift needed, nipple position, skin elasticity and scar preference.
Most lifts take ~2–3 hours as a day case under general anaesthetic. Many return to desk work in 1–2 weeks; avoid heavy lifting for 4–6 weeks. A supportive, non-wired bra is worn for ~6 weeks. Swelling settles in 2–4 weeks with final shape by 3–6 months.
Scars reflect the technique (areola-only/vertical/anchor) and typically fade across 6–12 months; they’re positioned to be covered by bras/bikinis. We provide scar-care guidance and may recommend topical therapies once healed to optimise appearance.
You may be suitable if breasts feel low, elongated or downward-pointing, or nipples sit below the crease. We look for good general health, stable weight and realistic expectations. We usually recommend waiting until development is complete and 6+ months post-breastfeeding.
Results are long-lasting; however, ageing, weight change and pregnancy can influence shape over time. Many combine lift with augmentation (to restore volume) or reduction (for lighter size). Your surgeon will advise on suitability, sequencing and safety.
