Disappointed client
Went to the Chigwell branch today for the first time for an hour full body massage. This was a gift from my children and was already paid. My appointment was at 12 but at 12.10 I was still waiting. The receptionist apologised and said the previous client was still getting dressed. I finally got on the bed for my massage at 12.15 which was not a problem but was told I could only have 45 minutes despite paying for an hour as she had back to back appointments. I did point out the lateness was not my fault but was ignored. I enjoyed the massage but felt rushed and shortchanged. Will not be returning for this reason

I am a regular customer at shumailas on Chigwell road and the reason is because they are really good. I have never had a bad treatment. I had a massage today and the lady was very good and very attentive to my concerns (tension in the neck). I do recommend shumailas based on my visits there.

Best masseuse Arshia
My mum has been going to Arshia for full body massage for over 6 months now and absolutely loves it. She suffers from many health ailments which make her legs and shoulders hurt, making every day tasks a struggle. But since going to Arshia she gets enough relief from the pain to be able to manage her daily tasks. All staff are very friendly as well and make her feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

- Blood clots / Phlebitis
- Cancer or History of Cancer
- Surgeries within the past 12 months
- Any Contagious Diseases /Illness
- Scoliosis
- Cardiac or Circulatory Problems
- Major Injuries within the past 12 months
If you currently have or have had cancer in the past, we will require a doctor’s note from your physician before we are able to offer a massage.
