Over a year ago I was in a very low place in my life, I suffered with severe hair loss due to depression, where even washing my hair gave me anxiety as it would fall out soo much and passing a comb through it was the scariest thing, as my hairs would totally cover the brush and I would end up crying. I even considered shaving my hair off! I was in such a low time in my life with no hope and feeling like there was nothing I could do about it, I decided to research and came across Shumailas where I booked a consultation at Upminster branch with Nazia. When I arrived I was greeted with such warmth and consideration. Nazia did a head inspection where we could view the state of my hair and follicles on screen up close. She was soo informative and answered all of my concerns. I broke down a few times expressing my mental health and the entire time she made me feel soo reassured. She explained the process and pricing and I decided to go ahead. It was THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE! After 3 months I noticed reduction in my hair fall and after 6 months I could see soo much new hair growing. I know people may say "it's only hair" but honestly as a woman it's part of your feminity. Nazia and her team are soo accommodating, polite and soo hospitable. Always greeting you with a genuine smile and naking you feel comfortable and even offering you a beverage. I can't Thank Nazia and her team enough, from reception staff to her amazing therapists. You have really made a difference in my life, and I am grateful! I am here to write a genuine review about shumailas treatment that i have it recently. I have been to shumailas since many years about 10 to 15 but i never give a review as i am not the one who can give review easily , little fussy.however, this time i am really impressed and thinking to give a review to help others I never had any complaints from them In my past and now i am Really blessed to have a treatment from them. This time i had prp and biotin injections for hair and i can say i have seen a clear difference, my hair stopped falling n started to get thicker . I must say shumailas is not there to sell their treatments but to help n treat our problems. And not only the treatment, the people in their very professional , welcoming and kind. They will Listen to you,your problems and customised treatments accordingly i felt they go extra miles to feel you safe. Hi. Iv been having PRP treatment for my hair. I had very sparse and thinning hair but since the treatment my hair has begun to show and there has been massive regrowth. Also , the staff have been marvelous, especially marime. Staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate. It has overall been a good experience.

From the begining I was guided with my treatment by Asma.
