I’ve had a great experience at Shumaila’s Clinic in Loughton. After struggling with dermatitis, rosacea, and very sensitive skin since December, I finally found a doctor that understood what was going on. Dr Filza took the time to explain everything, created the right treatment plan, and my skin has improved so much since the first appointment in June. She is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with skin conditions.

I had a facial treatment. From the initial consultation through to the treatment itself, Filza was very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took great care throughout the entire process. I’ve yet to see the full results, but based on my experience so far, I’ll definitely be continuing with her for further treatments.

I have done hydra-facial with Gonimete. I was a little bit nervous and scared but I felt a great sense of ease after being with her. She is very gentle, warm, and amazingggg on what she do. I had instant glow and I felt so refreshed afterwards. Its not just about the amazing treatment but also the ability to make the patient feel welcome and at ease. And she is the one for that.
