I visited Shumailas, Ilford for eyebrow waxing/threading and Upper lip waxing/threading. This was my first experience and quite honestly it was the best treatment I have ever experienced. I've been coming here for a few months and I am always impressed by the immaculate salon and by my therapist Sakshi who gives honest advice that actually works. If you're looking for a trustworthy therapist - look no further! She has always made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She really understands my needs. I get my upper lip threaded and find it very painful, so she gives me little breaks which really helps. So patient, gentle and thoughtful. Makes a painful treatment so much more comfortable. Lovely therapist, highly recommend! Wouldn't use anyone else now!

I have been visiting Shumailas in East Ham for close to two decades now. The service has been consistently excellent. The environment calm, clean and professional. Even if the phone is unanswered if the reception staff are busy, they will always call back. They take good care of you when you are in their care. I've had experience of lots of the beauty therapists who work there but for the last couple of years I have always opted to see Navdeep. She is truly amazing. She has salvaged my eyebrows that would never grow or if they did they'd grow in a funny shape. With her patience and dedication she has transformed them and they're now so healthy and plentiful. She always treats me so kindly and never rushes me. Even if I want one more hair removed she will happily do it. I had my lash lift from her today, which I tend to get at least once a year. She made my dead straight short lashes look like K drama lashes 😂 thanks Navdeep and thanks Shumailas. Always better than any other beauty therapy place in the vicinity or even afar.
